Electronic wine preservation device with Zero-Oxygen technology

As someone who enjoys a glass of wine from time to time, I was happy to lead the development of a wine saver that removes 100% of the oxygen from a wine bottle and works up to 2 full months.

In addition to handling the mechanical design, I worked closely with Mitsubishi Group in Japan to incorporate their proprietary non-toxic preservative.   And, of course, there were a few taste tests!
